Harvington Parish Council – Call for Sites

Harvington Parish Council is undertaking a major review of its Neighbourhood Plan, and as part of this significant revamp, we are inviting submissions under a ‘Call for Sites.’ This means that interested local land owners (of any size), developers, site promoters, or other interested parties with a site that could be developed into local housing or for local benefit, are invited to put their interest forward to the parish council. This information will help to shape our Neighbourhood Plan and assess what land may be available locally for development, for the community’s benefit.

Sites for any type of development can be submitted, but we are particularly interested in submissions across the full range of housing types, including open market and affordable/social rent housing.

The aim is to fully complete the draft Neighbourhood Plan by Summer 2028.  The deadline for submissions of interest is: 30 December 2026.
